In this three-part series we will explore “Jewish mindfulness” as encoded in the foundational Jewish practice of saying blessings, as well as “mindfulness meditation” as a practice that can shed light on and deepen the meaning of foundational themes in Jewish life. Each class will be devoted half to learning and discussion and half to instruction and mindfulness meditation practice itself.
